| All of these specimens were fruiting from a fallen American beech tree. Some people call this mushroom Panus neostrigosus or Panus lecomtei, among others. They are all the exact same mushroom. Call it what you like, besides, unless you're publishing scientific articles in peer reviewed journals, you're just playing with mushrooms, like me. |
